We repair corrosion protection using all available technologies and paint systems.

We carry out rope access work based on the IRATA system. Each technician is IRATA L1 or IRATA L2 certified and their work is co-ordinated and supervised by an IRATA L3 certified Rescue Supervisor.

The service includes

• Removal of residues from the assembly process such as insulation wool, screws, bolts, welding electrodes, dust and any other dirt from any accessible surface.

• Washing the surface with detergents that remove stubborn dirt, grease, oil, etc. Any damage to the anti-corrosion coating is revealed at this stage.

• Surface preparation before coating application by removing corrosion products, loosely adhering coatings and inclusions, as well as degreasing and dedusting. Surface preparation methods are selected according to the specifications of the object and customer requirements.

• Application of anti-corrosion coatings on previously prepared surfaces. The individual components of the paint system are selected according to the specifications of the given object and the customer's requirements. 

Final cleaning of industrial facilities combined with repair of anti-corrosion protection is a service that ensures comprehensive preparation of new infrastructure for further operation, improving its aesthetics, safety and durability.

• Final cleaning and repair of anti-corrosion coatings can be carried out without the use of scaffolding or mobile platforms.
   

• Thanks to rope access, our work does not interfere with the operation of the facility. Our rope access technicians can access any location.
